SERVICE INFO
직장, 학업, 대인관계, 가족문제 등 일상의 모든 영역에 심리적 개입이 가능합니다.
고등학생 이상의 연령을 대상으로 하며, 한 회기 50분, 문제에 따라 전문가의 맞춤형 상담이 진행됩니다.
일상임상심리연구소의 심리평가는 초기 면담 후 평가의 목적과 범위에 따라 달라집니다. 무조건적 풀배터리 검사는 지양하며, 임상심리전문가의 판단하에 약 2~3시간에 걸쳐 개인에게 적합한 심층심리평가를 진행합니다. 검사결과 해석까지 약 1-2주가 소요됩니다.
불면증, 해외출장으로 인한 시차적응, 교대근무로 인한 적응문제까지, 수면에 관한 문제를 진단하고 비약물적 방법으로 치료합니다. 일상임상심리연구소는 국내 최고의 수면 전문 기관임을 자부합니다.
일상임상심리연구소에서는 임상심리전문가 등 상담자를 위한 CBTi(불면증의 인지행동치료) 교육을 비롯하여, 심리치료 및 평가에 대한 슈퍼비전을 제공합니다.
